I visited this place for the Tui Na massage due to a bad shoulder. Customer service was good- staff very friendly. I found it odd that they insisted I pay before I received the massage; but this was not a big issue.
Massage therapist was kind and massage was okay, only because my shoulder pain returned soon after the massage was done. Massage could be more effective for someone else.
Overall a relaxing experience.
Therapist was great - I forget his name but he addressed everything I asked and I'm feeling much better. Will definitely go back!

Would have preferred to have a working shower in the venue, you can get a bit sticky after a massage and the shower was not working.
Otherwise ok.

I had a General massage and have awarded it 5 stars. Fausto did excellent reflexology, my feet is so much better.
Friendly, professional and calming staff make the difference. Coming from a stressful day off the busy streets of London it was like a sanctuary where I fully relaxed. I booked a 30min sports massage and ended up getting acupuncture as well. Staff stayed behind for an extra hour which I truly appreciated.
