Great experience, but I had to wait for 45 mins before being served. Also the rooms was freezing! Massage was good!

The rooms run cold and although it seems like everything is a bit disorganised and rushed. The massage wasn't amazing and when I asked the masseuse to put a bit more pressure she got angry and went really hard causing me to bruise.
