Booked last minute which was great. Not a very relaxing experience - wasn’t very ambient and didn’t feel overly clean. Massage took place with light fully on. Music only came on part way through and was a disruptive experience as they couldn’t get it to work. Staff were friendly. Wouldn’t recommend - didn’t feel relaxing.

I enjoyed it, was late starting but didn’t have to rush anywhere afterwards. The only one draw back was that the room was very cool and needed to be warmer. My attendant had a cardigan on so when you only have a towel for any warmth - heating would have made me give it 5stars ! Likely to be back though.
