Not the best experience. They had the washing machine on really loud so that made it quite hard to fully relax. Masseuse just walked out of the room when I arrived - didn’t greet or tell me she was going out so that I could undress. I Wasn’t asked whether wanted any areas focused on either. Was ok - not the best not the worst.
