It was good but I was not given advice the lady just said thank you and left the room there was no soothing music so I was in the room in dead slience which did not make me relaxed at all hopefully to come back next time and see improvements

To be honest it wasn’t a lymphatic drainage at all.. she made me stay on my back and then did not massage any lymph nodes and just focused on random areas on the legs
