I had a deep tissue massage and acupuncture. Firstly, my masseuse felt like she was in a rush the whole time, and her phone kept buzzing next to me, not sure why that was allowed in my treatment room. I then had acupuncture which was lovely and relaxing, except there was someone outside playing loud videos in the room next to me (I checked when leaving and it was not a customer)
For someone looking to come here to relax and unwind, and who’s paying money to do so, it’snot good enough

The staff were lovely but I wasn’t asked anything about my health, any concerns etc, I was just sent downstairs to start the massage straight away. Again, the masseuse was really nice but the lymphatic massage itself wasn’t good and was just more like stroking with most time spent on legs and arms and very little time on my stomach/torso and chest. Pressure was not very hard and my lymphatic points were barely activated.
Sadly didn’t feel productive or benificial at all.
