I booked in for 7pm. The owner called to see if I could come at 7:30 instead, which wasn't a problem. When I got there though, and in the room lying on the bed about to start my treatment, the therapist asked if I'd be ok to just do 30 mins (I'd booked in for an hour) as she had a party to go to! In, the end, she stayed for 30 mins and then went to find someone else to finish. I waited 10 mins for this to happen and then had a 20 minute reflexology (which I'd paid £40 for 30 mins for). Would definitely not recommend.
