Overall experience was okay.
Initial consultation felt more like a sales pitch offering lots of packages for herbal remedies and accupuncture course.
I booked with treatwell but they tried to charge me £55 instead of the £42.50. Payment was requested in advanced
Room was simple and clean but not exactly relaxing as it was quite cold and empty, with all the noises of reception flooding in.
The doctor placed the needles and then left without telling me how long I'd be lying there for. I ended up twiddling my thumbs for 30odd kind, which felt like an eternity.
Would not return unfortunately

Had a massage a few times here and even tho I told the lady not massage my lower back, she did. It ached for ages.

I hurt my back pretty badly and as a result could not bend forwards. Went for a one hour deep tissue massage to relieve the pain. Andrea was amazing in her technique and my back felt much more relaxed after. I will definitely return for my next massage and would recommend Ginsen to my friends!
