Overall experience was okay. Initial consultation felt more like a sales pitch offering lots of packages for herbal remedies and accupuncture course. I booked with treatwell but they tried to charge me £55 instead of the £42.50. Payment was requested in advanced Room was simple and clean but not exactly relaxing as it was quite cold and empty, with all the noises of reception flooding in. The doctor placed the needles and then left without telling me how long I'd be lying there for. I ended up twiddling my thumbs for 30odd kind, which felt like an eternity. Would not return unfortunately
