Terrible service - made to wait half an hour because they had no rooms available despite me booking a day in advance. Manager rude and no apologies - just told to come back tomorrow. Masseuse was good and tried to accommodate, unlike the management.

This was my first Lymphatic drainage massage and I would highly recommend GinSen to anyone in the area. The lady gave me some information about it and asked what area I wanted to focus on. I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole massage and I may have drifted off! Would definitely return.
