Lovely massage but the environment wasn’t the best … especially hearing the music in the hear phone of the person doing the message (she/he was listening to a film or music while doing the massage)

No introduction to the masseuse.
No questions asked regarding the customers well-being, areas to focus on, areas to avoid, possible surgeries, etc…
Time dedicated to each part was out of balance (much of the time was spent on the legs for whatever reason)
Expected nicer rooms given the shops location. Not ideal when you can hear the washing machine spinning on the background.
Massage table was rather narrow! Barely any space to lay your arms on.

Unfortunately my lymphatic drainage experience was terrible, i was given deep tissue, despite the fact GenSen knew what I’m booked for and the fact that i told the masseuse before hand. The masseuse started deep tissue and i asked her are you doing lymphatic drainage? She said i dont have time come another time! i was so stressed through out the massage because she was massaging me in a very painful way! I’m currently covered in painful bruises as a result.
