The massage therapist was amazing - she picked up tensions in my body that I was concerned about and I feel like a new person. She shared some good advice on lifestyle too. for example, she could tell that I had TMD and showed me some self-massage techniques.

I had a brilliant full body massage! I didn't realise I had knots in my back until the masseuse starting working on them. The masseuse was skilled and thorough and I left feeling much better! I also appreciate how smoothly my appointment went, from the friendly greeting and being shown to my room, to the masseuse showing up promptly. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend it!
