My experience with Ali was great - there was an issue with my booking (cut and blow dry does not seem to be listed on Treatwell so I booked a blow dry only by mistake). Ali was really accommodating and fitted in the cut as well, even though it was busy and it was my mistake. She noted my hair type and we had a good chat about my wishes for my haircut. I was really pleased with it!
