Half my nail was lavender which is what I got them coloured to, and the other half changed to baby pink in 2 days of getting them done. I went back to them after a week and they said it’s my fault that it changed and I should’ve worn gloves in sun

My shellac came off after four days and staff weren’t apologetic or understanding and still charged me to get it taken off. Bit disappointing.
