I had booked a 60 minute massage that started 10 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early. I think it would have been fair to refund 25% of my payment for only giving a 45 minute massage.
The massage itself met my expectations. I was asked how I liked my pressure but wasn’t asked what areas to focus on or I experienced any pain.
The front door was closed and I had to wait outside before being let in. There was drum practice next door, which is of course really annoying during a massage.
