Charlotte was so friendly, kind and warm. She was incredibly professional and my hair colour looked gorgeous. The finish on the blow dry and curls especially was fantastic. Thank you Charlotte!

My colour was done by Charlotte who was amazing. But the lady in charge Abigail was very unpleasant, and even though I had paid for two appointments both of which said blow dry, she said she couldn’t give me a blow dry as everyone was busy. Why did I pay for blow dry twice if that was not included in the service. She wouldn’t let Charlotte complete what she started and wouldn’t allow her to give me a blow dry. She kept handing me from one person to the next, then she charged me an extra £20.

Great hair colouring by Katie. Only small mistake was leaving colour on my skin all over forehead which was then impossible to get off. Still happy with my hair!
