Kuriko was so friendly, and made me feel comfortable, chatting with me throughout and putting in a lot of care and effort. The highlights weren't quite the colour I expected, but booked appt next week for toner. Appreciate they were accomodating.

Esther listened, worked out a plan, and followed it out beautifully. Felt comfortable and at ease the whole time. Hair washing space was peaceful zone, I liked the towel/blanket vibe. Had nice upbeat retro bands playlist. Left with super perfect haircut.

Lovely lit upstairs venue with natural light from big windows and good plant energy. Some of the music felt a bit soporific Ai on loop, but other times had actual humans singing music which felt much fresher.
Esther was great - listened to requests and attentive throughout. A real people person. THANK YOU!
