I got a wonderful cut, that took a little longer than I would usually tolerate. The main issue with this place is the chairs that you sit in. When a cut takes the best part of 3 hours, they really could do with replacing the hard plastic.

I found Emma friendly and she listened patiently while I discussed my hair cut expectations which required learning new cutting techniques. Refreshments offered, nice hair wash and head massage. Emma also listened and applied the instructions given by her tutor. I noticed that Emma’s brushes and combs were clean and free of hair prior to my “consultation”. I am happy with the finished result. Thank you!
