Annie didn’t do my hair. Michaela from Sardinia did an amazing job of colouring and toning down the yellow. He spent ages on choosing an appropriate range of colours. He was a perfectionist; the cut was brilliant.

I ended up having a root tint and toner as well, and my hair looks fantastic. Louisa did a marvellous job on my thick curly hair and Brad (who was teaching her in her colour correction course) made sure that everything was going smoothly. It took five hours but the team were so lovely and patient, filled me in at every step and made my hair look dimensional and beautiful. I can't stop swishing!
