Ladies' Haircuts
Love the new salon - especially the sinks (so much comfier)! It was a nice surprise to this time be offered a hot drink and head massage as neither were offered last time and the hot drink is appreciated when you're sat in the chair for 2.5 hours. My overall experience was great and I'm really pleased with my haircut! My only criticism would be that my stylist Charlotte was quite rough when washing and sectioning my hair and she used her fingers a lot to section rather than the comb which seemed a bit unprofessional to me. However, she was absolutely lovely and did a great job!
