Rachel was fantastic for all the treatments I have had with her. She explained the process for each really thoroughly, and was great at reassuring me for the piercings. The salon is spotless and all the girls there were very friendly. Aftercare instructions were really clear and detailed for each. I always get so many compliments on my brows and lashes too.
10/10 recommended.
