I usually love it here and always have an amazing experience. But on this occasion, the person doing my nails did not follow the process and lacked attention to detail. Each one of my nails was shaped differently. She didn’t have me wash my hands between filing and painting. And at the end she also didn’t file my nails once the BIAB was done. I’ve left with paint on my skin, uneven nails, and no sealed ends so this is probably going to last less than a week
