nail shape really uneven and art was nothing like the reference photo. i almost had to force her to keep looking at the photo bc she took one glance and started doing it all wrong. came out rushed, messy and looking like a child had scribbled it on. she was aggressive with the nail file and left me with multiple cuts on the skin around my nails. after all that, she asked that i pay extra for the “art” even though i had already paid for it on the app. will not be returning.
