Gel soak off was rushed, with shortcuts (scraping,drill), with little concern for my nails and the resulting thinning and damage.
The color, after application on my nails, looked very different from the sample. I wished I had checked sooner and that the nail technician had checked with me that the colour was ok. It is not nice to be stuck with an ugly color (doesn’t match my skin tone and looks cheap)
Shaping of the nails was good and gel application was quick.
