Gervaze is a dedicated sports massage therapist with a strong foundation in strength & conditioning, which he has been actively pursuing since 2022. His hands-on approach is driven by both practical gym experience and a growing depth of anatomical knowledge focused on recovery, mobility, and performance optimisation. Gervaze believes sports massage is more than just deep pressure ā it requires precise anatomical understanding, careful listening, and genuine care for each clientās goals and challenges. His focus is on helping clients move better, recover faster, and feel fully supported throughout their treatment journey. With Level 4 currently in progress and plans to add dry needling to his skillset, Gervaze is committed to continually elevating the quality of care he provides.
