When I arrived for my 10am appointment the shop was still closed ( I arrived about 9.55). Casper didn’t arrive till after 10 which by that time I was already annoyed.
Casper is a lovely lad and we had a lovely conversation. I had shown Casper a picture of what I wanted and he still didn’t cut it the way I wanted and I left looking like a poodle. I didn’t complain cos for 1. I don’t like to complain, I’m not a confrontational person. 2. I just wanted out asap.

Casper cut my daughter’s hair last week and she is still so happy with it. He took time to explain what he was doing and asked her permission before touching her hair he is very respectful. Her hair is gorgeous he done a great job and she will be back again. Thanks for making a very difficult to please 11 year old very happy 😂
