Very unprofessional and impolite. Place is not relaxing and definitely don't made me comfortable. Had to wait. I had a stressful treatment as Gabi kept texting and chatting over my head. I was told that my lashes would last more than 3 weeks,I lost over half of them over the first week eventhough I had followed all the indicated instructions. She encouraged me to come back in a few days because she needed extra time but I am a professional and my time is very limited and also she did not rescheduled as promised. So if you have loads of free time and always keep over £80 cash that you want to waste, try it

Really happy with my lashes and will definitely return. It’s definitely not a relaxing experience as was quite uncomfortable bed and very loud so worth being prepared.

I was very disappointed, after Gabi rearranged my appointment last minute as she had injured herself( I did not mind) She charged me £75 for a barely natural set when I was promised a full volume set, she stated she needed an extra 30 minutes and that I could return for this but I have waited over one month and she has not messaged or replied to my message. Furthermore, throughout my treatment she was texting/using her phone so it slowed down the treatment even further. I do not recommend this place.

Once more Gabi was amazing. Even though I had made the wrong booking and our time was limited she managed to give me a nice full set of lashes. Already booked my next appointment.
