Chi was lovely, so laid back and I've never laughed so much getting a Hollywood wax!
In terms of my wax it was genuinely the best I've ever had, and didn't hurt half as much as some of the places I've been.
There was a few hairs she wanted to leave in the end but only around the delicate areas, as she could tell my skin was becoming more sensitive. I appreciated how she explained this to me rather than just going ahead and leaving me sore for sake of few hairs.
Chi also waxed my underarms and plucked a few which didn't hurt at all. She really took her time and the results were amazing. Never had my under arms waxed and they looked soo much better.
Just rebooked again and I can't wait. Never thought I'd be excited for a wax again, and knowing your therapist is as nice as chi I know I can relax.
