I’m always afraid to go to new hairdressers but was a really relaxed environment. Renee made me feel welcome. Prices match the quality of the service. Only had cornrow this time but will be using them again.

Unfortunately I never had a good experience here and do not recommend this venue. The ambience when getting my nails done was uncomfortable barely any communication and tv in background with a film on that wasn’t in English and with subtitles. The uv gel nails that I got done did not last long and a couple broke in less than a week and I was told that they would not be repaired unless I paid despite previously paying for the same nails to be repaired before. Cathy was very unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue so had to complain to treatwell as I was not happy with how I was dealt with.
They need to make the nail treatments offered clear so customers know what to book as the descriptions on treatwell do not match with the service given. Also if you book uv gel nails here with forms don’t expect any designs just basic polish and that’s it. As apparently she can’t do designs on gel nails! I’ve always had uv gel nails with designs but had to just go with basic gel polish when I got my nails done here.
Overall a waste of money and a bad experience

Cathy is very quick and she makes you feel welcome. She communicate with you throughout the process.
My only disappointment is that cathy does not have variety of nails polish and limited choise.
