Peter is a master of his craft
Absolutely amazing, felt at ease straight away, Peter really went above and beyond to help me, I struggle with migraines and chronic pain daily, he really listened to me and what was causing me pain, gave me some great after care advice. Very Covid safe, cleanliness was 10/10! I would definitely recommend

Excellent massage. Callum had very strong hands and constantly checked the pressure was correct.
My first visit here. Peter was very understanding, listened to my litany of issues and discussed treatment with me. Massage was very good and he kept me informed of his process all the way through. He asked for feedback whilst working on my back and tailored his pressure accordingly. Very positive experience and very worth while.
The massage was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. 3 days later and my neck/shoulder feels so much better. Peter is extremely professional and took the time to explain the technique and give me follow up exercises to keep doing at home. Highly recommended!

Meet the team

Massage and Bodyworker

Callum has a strong interest and an ever-growing passion for massage and bodywork. The anatomy of the body fascinates him and he truly believe the work of massage can help gain a better understanding of your own body. He want to share, through massage therapy, the skills and techniques he is forever developing as he increased my understanding of the human body. A deep appreciation and interest in yoga, nature, environmentalism, music and healthy eating, help Callum understand the world. They have guided him to this point and continue to help him learn. Callum is a Massage Training Institute (MTI) registered practitioner. He has done workshops with Myofascial Release UK and is currently undergoing a diploma in Myofascial Release. "Within my practice I will never stop learning and continue to to do various training courses and workshops to develop as a massage therapist and bodyworker."

Do you want to relax and de-stress? Or would you like more focus on certain areas like your back, neck and shoulders, or your legs? Do you suffer from aches and pains and would like those addressed? Do you want to ease and free up movement? Maybe you want to re-connect and feel your body again? Whatever your needs are, Peter will suggest an approach that is individually tailored to you, taking consideration and care of your responses and preferences. Peter believes that massage therapy can give us immediate access to enhancing our body perception and body sensitivity. It can create a deeper sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. When bringing awareness to our inner experiences, a deeper connection with our body can be fostered. This in turn can help recognise current patterns and making change a more readily available option. Before becoming a bodyworker and massage therapist, Peter had already 20 years of soft martial art practice under his belt. It taught him about embodiment and mindfulness long before they became fashionable additions to our language and allowed him to integrate those experiences into his bodywork and teaching. It also fuelled his fascination for the connection between mind and body, and how movement and developing an awareness of the physical can influence wellbeing and balance. Peter continues to be curious and loves to connect and engage with people, and sharing his passion for bodywork and learning.
