Overall experience was pretty good - there was a bit of confusion over my appointment so they initially weren’t going to cut my hair until I pointed it out. Haircut felt ok but friends pointed out afterwards it looked uneven. Blow dry was really nice

The blow dry was ok overall, but not quite right for my hair type. The appointment felt a bit rushed and the hair wash was not very thorough, as some product was left in my hair.
I have naturally curly hair which needs proper tension and heat when blow dried, and this was slightly lacking, leaving my hair a bit frizzy. With more time and attention to curly hair technique, this could be improved.
