Cut was terrible, uneven layers and 2 inches shorter than agreed. Liberal use of the razors scissors, hair has been over thinned and wispy. Not as agreed

I've had haircuts from German Sercovick many times before and the result is amazing as always. A very welcoming and relaxing place, and on top of that, very skilled staff members. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
