This was my second visit to this salon, the first time I had a great experience with an excellent cut and blow dry. This time I had a different stylist and although she was really nice I’m so disappointed with the cut - she did not seem very skilled and the cut needed so much tidying up due to un-evenness that she ended up cutting my hair way shorter than we’d originally agreed. It’s not at all what I wanted and there’s nothing I can do now except let it grow. I won’t be returning :(
