My stylist Danielle was very sweet and did an excellent job. I did not know what style I wanted and she patiently advised me what would suit best based on my hairstyle. The hairwash (with Olaplex) was very thorough and relaxing. The haircut turned out very good and she even kindly readjusted my blow-dry when I wanted it differently. I walked out quite happy and will definitely go back for all my hair needs.

I accidentally booked the wrong appointment (haircut instead of restyle), and just as I was getting up from the chair a man informed me of this. If I booked the wrong appt type, that is my bad, but when I tried to ask questions to understand why this was a restyle, the man repeatedly interrupted me with the same things he had said already - he did not allow me to speak and this left me feeling quite unwelcome/anxious. A shame because I like the haircut and have never had any issues before.
