The best experience I have had in a central London salon in a long time. Really relaxing and a great environment to be treated in. I would highly recommend to everyone looking for a luxury hair experience!
perfect - great cut and lovely blow dry that left me feeling like a Hollywood A-lister. Lots of little touches too - tea served on a tray, padded neck rest on the sink, head massage during the towel dry - all made it wonderful

The salon was running a bit behind but I got a message to advise me in advance. Like any salon it helps to bring a picture of the cut and style. I was consulted and they made sure the stylist clearly understood what I wanted.

I have to admit that the staff made real effort to please me. They were all very helpful and lovely and really trying to make my experience really good. However it would help if the hairdresser analysed my hair before I went to have it washed, and 2. better communication would help.
if you speak Spanish it is a great place for you.
