The lady was nice but she burned my scalp about three different times and when she was doi ng the curly blow dry she was so rough I felt like I was being tossed about in a washing machine , she was. Brushing it hard and not going from bottom to top ,

I'd been searching for a new salon in London for months and finally found one worth sticking with. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxed but professional — no awkward waiting around, and the staff offered me something to drink straight away.
