I have been here before and had a great experience and lovely haircut however came away this time feeling really disappointed and a bit shocked. I asked for a tidy up of my bob and to keep length at the front and my hairdresser abruptly sliced off the back incredibly short. Despite me saying it felt very short she continued to slice with no real care (blunt horizontal cuts). At the end there wasnt really much they could do as was much too short (bob above my jaw line and shaved at the back). It is still a nice salon and i have had good haircuts before, perhaps she was just distracted or in a rush to get me out the door. A bit of a shame will take some time to grow out

I always love going back to this place. The staff are super nice and attentive. The girl did an amazing job with my hair and I loved it.
