Best hairdresser I’ve been to. I’ve been to many hairdressers who push their preference on to you (cut too much off/ colour too light or dark) whereas her they exactly what you request. Highly recommend booking at this venue!
I was hoping to get German for my hair cut as I read all the good recommendation about him and that is why chosen the salon but surprisingly I got Danielle (I think this is a right name) and even if she might know how to cut she was not listening to me very well thus I got a completely different haircut from what I asked for and it does not suit me at all...now I need to wait 1 or 2 month before my hair grow and anything can be done to improve it. The gentlemen of the salon were very polite and did not want even to take the charge but at the end we agreed that after my hair grow, I will come for the fix with German free of charge. I still found the lady impolite since she went away and did not come to apologise or say good bye to me. Overall bad experience in a nice salon, I wish it would be different...!!!

I was going to wait a week before I reviewed to let myself get used to my hair but I am so so disappointed with it I can’t wait that long.
It’s taken me about a year and a half to get to a very pale, near white blonde and almost waist length hair. I went into the salon in two minds whether to just get my roots done blonde or to blend my natural colour through the blonde balayage style so I didn’t have to come back for upkeep so often. Asked for their opinion, showed them a photo of what I wanted - yes they can do the photo, great! Over an hour later and me asking multiple times ‘is this going to have highlight effect running through it like the photo’ & ‘please don’t take the colour too far down, especially at the front/on top’ she dries my hair. Roots are very ginger, no highlights, just a very thick obvious line of very dark blonde/light brunette dye running across my hair horizontally at the length of my shoulders with absolutely no blending involved. After explaining to them that orange roots and a block of dye down to my shoulders wasn’t what I wanted, they put extra dark dye on my roots to hide the ginger then without asking dyed my mid to end lengths of hair another shade of light brown to get rid of the harsh lines. So three hours after walking in I have left with very dark brown hair with massive orange undertones and they still charged me an up charge for ‘reverse balayage’. Don’t lead a client to believe that they will get the hair they have asked for if you cannot do it. I would much rather be told upfront the colour I wanted wasn’t achievable and have the choice rather than to argue with me when it comes out pants and completely nothing like what I had asked for.
I’m embarrassed to go to work tomorrow and so upset at how long it’s going to take to get my hair back to how it was when I walked into the salon.
Other than this everyone was initially very friendly and the coffee was nice.
