Nice place. Served tea in a paper cup which didn’t seem appropriate, as leads to more waste and would feel more luxe in actual tea cup. Was discussing what I wanted and showing pictures, two members of staff with me, seemed to latch on to one image and not pay attention to what I was saying. Head hair dresser described to assistant in a different language what she should do so I couldn’t understand which was a bit unsettling. Hair cut was fine but not really what I had in mind. Language barrier made this tricky. Also was offered a blow dry but not informed that it would cost extra until it came to pay which I found to be unfair and misleading. Shop and staff seemed nice but I wouldn’t go again sorry.

Left with an uneven haircut... asked for framing around the face, left with a chunk of hair shorter at the front. It’s going to take me a long time to grow it out
