I am happy with the result but the experience felt very rushed and impersonal. I barely had time to settle and explain what I wanted before I was whisked off and she started cutting! All the stylists around me were also quiet and working really efficiently so it must be the vibe here... Good if you’re in a rush though. Ultimately a lovely cut and finish however
