Have been to this salon a few times now. The staff is very nice and skilled, I’m always happy with their work. Some of the hairdressers themselves don’t speak a lot of English (I think) but they are still helpful and someone is always on hand to help translate anything that wasn’t clear. They take the time needed to wash and cut your hair.

Nice ambience with antique, eclectic style. I wasn't offered a drink and had to ask for water which I got in a paper cup. Most of the products I saw were loreal which I see as a little cheap but I might be wrong. The stylist was friendly and listened to what I wanted. I wanted shaping at the bottom of my hair, long layers and just so that the hair fell well, nothing fancy. Having straightened my hair at home I can see that it's quite a blunt cut apart form a few layers, it could do with cutting into here and there at the bottom but I was in a rush and distracted by work e-mails so I didn't notice at the time that she wasn't doing this. Also it couldn't be seen unless straight. Overall a nice clean place with nice enough ambience but nothing fancy. I might return for my hair to be chopped into. My impression is that they know what they're doing and if you are clear and attentive enough you will get it.
