I came in for my second remedial haircut after a haircut gone wrong a few months ago. The hairdresser I was due to see was finishing up with a client when I arrived, and didn’t come over to speak to me about what I wanted before my hair was washed. My hair wash was also quite... wet. My eyebrows were washed as well as my hair! The haircut itself was good and my hair looked great afterwards, though I’m not sure she understood what I wanted exactly. Can’t complain though - my hair looks much better now and a very good price!
