I like this place been coming regularly for past year. Had new girl. I wish she would have been more verbal about what she was doing. Dont know her name she was tall dark hair. She said next to nothing. She asked me two questions about my cut. I made wrong assumption that she understood. Very unhappy about my trim she cut more short layers in the back and made layers choppy, not fluid like I had and took out the roundness of layers and squared out the bottom when I specifically said I didn’t want to change my haircut I had, just wanted a trim. Pretty upset about my hairstyle now :(
