I arrived early and they managed to start my appointment 10 minutes earlier which was nice. Long head massage during hair wash, stylist was proficient and thorough. Even though I only booked rough dry (not proper blow dry), the stylist still used the round brush in my hair. Happy with my hair cut

I thought I was going for a consultation about what kind of hairstyle would be good for me but it was really difficult to communicate because my hair stylist spoke very poor English.
To be fair the haircut I ended up with was OK... but it's NOT!!!!!!! what I asked for -- it was far shorter in the front than it should have been based on everything I was communicating and showing.
