My styles was Janet. I booked this long appointment because I specifically wanted time to discuss what the stylist thought would work well for my face and existing cut. She did not give any consultation. She barely took time to look at my hair while dry and didn't ask any more questions. I asked what her plan was and got no reply. The cut feels like just a trim, and was only 45 min of the 1 hr 10 min I booked. I told the desk, and they treated my critique very rudely. Won't go back here.
