I wanted a more Ash tone but turned out quite purple. It was only the toner so it looks much better after a few washes. Would definitely go back!

I always go to this salon and usually my haircut is great. This time the stylist gave me a bob even though that's not what I wanted. He told me he was going to create a short layer in the back to help get rid of the bulk of hair there (I have very thick hair) and said that it would only be the lowest layer and that the rest would fall over it. Then when done it turned out he created a bob, even though I asked to have everything the same length. Not the end of the world but not what I asked for.
