Booked a wash, haircut and express dry. I asked for a 2cm trim and few layers at the back. The stylist wanted to charge me £5 extra because I asked for layers. As far as I am concerned, a haircut can either be a trim or a change in hairstyle, and I was only asking for a few layers! Anyway this ruined the entire experience for me which is a shame as I live across the road from the salon.
