I don’t know if there was a communication issue, but I showed the man a picture of what I wanted, he said Yep can do. If he was confused I wish he’d asked me questions so we’d be on the same page but he didn’t and just went ahead. I asked for rich, warm, dark, chocolatey brown, and he gave me an ashy blonde balayage. Then when I said I didn’t like it, he did offer to fix it, but all he did was make my roots really dark and the rest looks the same as my natural colour it was when I arrived.
