Was disappointed by the experience. Not really a very friendly or welcoming salon. I felt quite uncomfortable when the staff talked about me/my hair in Spanish.
My hair looks nothing like the picture I showed and the colour consultation was really rushed. The hairdresser didn’t introduce herself or speak to me much, and I was a bit surprised she didn’t even ask how I wanted my hair styled at the end - so a bit annoying I’ll have to redo it myself. For the amount of money spent I’d usually expect a head massage or a bit more care and attention really. I had booked balayage but they said it wouldn’t cover the grey hair so I had a colour and highlights but I’m quite underwhelmed by the end result as the colour looks quite flat.

Genuinely worked wonders. I have a pixie cut which can often be difficult to get exactly how I want it, but my stylist did an excellent job!
