Communication was minimal and in the end wasn't really happy with the cut/wasn't done how i meant it to be/no suggestions from the stylist too. I also think staff should ask the client to remove the mask for a moment to see the face/shape to determine how to make a cut better.

An ok haircut after I was sat down and have been asked “how much I cut”. Also no conditioner, no welcome, no “hi, my name is”, very gloomy atmosphere. Also the stylist kept asking me if it’s ok which I found weird. Wouldn’t go again and would not recommend, I honestly did not feel welcome.
